…ltering Rename vignette to land-cover-change.Rmd, convert to bookdown::html_document2 with numbered cross-references. Filter transition tables to >1% of total area, group tree loss classes as Agriculture, filter transition raster to significant changes only. Add bookdown to Suggests and VignetteBuilder.
